Eligibility:
- The applicant must be a girl student belonging to one of the following minority communities: Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, or Parsi.
- The applicant must be studying in class 9, 10, 11, or 12.
- The applicant must have secured at least 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous qualifying examination.
- The annual income of the applicant’s family from all sources should not exceed Rs. 2 lakh.
Amount of Scholarship:

How To Apply:
The Begum Hazrat Mahal National Scholarship is applied online through the official website of the Maulana Azad Education Foundation (MAEF). The application process is usually open from October to December.

- Applicants applying for the first time need to register themselves on the National Scholarship Portal by filling out the ‘Student Registration Form’.
- A page of Guidelines for Registration on NSP will open.
- Go through the guidelines carefully.
- Click on ‘Continue’ to proceed.
- Fill in all required details.
- Click on ‘Register’.
- The applicants must log in using their registered mobile number and date of birth to fill out the scholarship form.
