Key Guidelines for Practical Exams:

1. Distinct Session Periods:

The CBSE has designated specific periods for practical exams based on the type of school—Winter Bound Schools from 14th November to 14th December, 2023, and Regular Session Schools from 1st January, 2024, to 14th February, 2024.

2. Uniformity in Instructions:

The board emphasizes uniformity in instructions for the conduct of Practical Examinations/Project/Internal Assessment. Guidelines have been prepared to ensure correctness and consistency across classes.

3. Upload of Practical Exam Marks:

Schools are instructed to upload practical examination marks simultaneously, starting from the exam commencement dates and completing the process by the last date of the respective class.

4. Class 10 Specifics:

For Class 10, schools are required to make their own arrangements for practical answer books, as the Board will not provide them. Moreover, practical answer books need not be sent to the regional office after the exams.
