Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Ishan Uday Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:
- They must be a permanent resident of one of the eight North Eastern States of India: Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura.
- They must belong to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), with an annual family income of not more than Rs. 4.5 lakh per annum.
- They must have passed Class 12 from a recognized board.

Scholarship Amount
The scholarship amount is Rs. 5,400 per month for students pursuing general degree courses and Rs. 7,800 per month for students pursuing technical and professional courses. The scholarship is awarded for the entire duration of the course, subject to satisfactory academic performance
