J&K Bank has announced vacancies for the position of FLC Counsellor (On-Contract) at its Anantnag & Kupwara Offices. Interested candidates can apply by submitting the duly filled application form along with supporting documents before the last date, which is 10th March 2024.
Qualification and Experience
1. Candidates must be graduates with experience in banking or related fields.
2. Sound knowledge of banking, law, finance, agriculture, and allied activities is required.
3. Requisite communication and team-building skills are necessary.
4. Working knowledge of computers is essential.
Preference will be given to candidates who have conducted financial literacy camps or are honourably retired J&K Bank Officers not below the rank of Scale-III.

Remuneration and Age Limit
1. The selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 22,000 along with additional benefits such as conveyance, mobile/telephone charges, and performance-linked incentives.
2. The maximum age limit is 65 years as of 1st January 2024.
3. The contract tenure is initially for 12 months and can be renewed for up to 3 years based on performance.
Selection Process
- Applications will be screened based on eligibility and relevant experience.
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo a personal interview to assess communication ability, interaction, teaching skills, and knowledge/skills required for the role.
- A demonstration/presentation may also be conducted to assess teaching skills and communication capability.

Interview Process and Other Terms
