KEY Details
The Special Stray Vacancy Round is aimed at filling the remaining vacant seats or those arising due to resignations after the conclusion of the previous counselling rounds. Eligible candidates are required to report to the BOPEE offices in Jammu and Srinagar for registration, attendance, and completion of necessary formalities on 25.11.2023, between 11:00 am to 12:00 Noon.

It’s crucial for eligible candidates to review the available Seat Matrix on the Board’s official website before attending the counselling session. Notably, candidates who already hold seats obtained through AIQ or State counselling, including private/Deemed quota seats, are not eligible for this round. However, candidates who have not secured any seat or were absent during the previous counselling rounds are eligible to participate.
Candidates participating in this round must bring essential documents like Domicile certificate, NBE Score Card, and a copy of NOC issued by the concerned department at the time of counselling.
