In a significant move, PM Modi distributed over ₹18,000 crore to more than 80 million farmers as the 15th installment of the PM-KISAN Yojana on November 15. This initiative, spanning 14 installments and disbursing ₹2.62 lakh crore, aims to provide crucial financial support to farmers across the nation.

Addressing Non-Receipt Issues:

Despite the widespread distribution, some eligible farmers might face non-receipt issues. If you haven’t received the ₹2,000 installment, take prompt action. Lodge complaints through the PM-KISAN Helpdesk at 011-24300606, 155261, or the toll-free number 18001155266. Grievances can also be emailed to [email protected] or [email protected].

How To Check Beneficiary Status:

Before filing a complaint, it’s crucial to verify your name on the beneficiary list. Follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Visit pmkisan.gov.in
  • Step 2: Navigate to ‘Beneficiary Status‘ in the ‘Farmers Corner

Potential Delays and Exclusion Criteria:

Farmers facing delays in receiving instalments can avail benefits once the cause is addressed. Non-compliance with e-KYC norms could be a reason for non-receipt. The government has made e-KYC mandatory for all PM-KISAN beneficiaries.

Important Note:

The PM-KISAN scheme, operational since December 1, 2018, strives to provide annual income support to land-holding farmer families. While the Central government is actively addressing grievances through a saturation campaign, achieving 100% saturation faces challenges due to exclusion criteria.
