Overview:
The Tata Innovation Fellowship 2023-24, presented by the Department of Biotechnology under the Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, aims to acknowledge and reward outstanding scientists specializing in Biology and Biotechnology.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible, Indian nationals under 55 years old with a Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or a Master’s degree in Medical Sciences, Engineering, or a closely related field can apply. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of postdoctoral research experience in reputable national labs, universities, or institutes. A remarkable publication record in peer-reviewed journals and substantial contributions to technology or product development are also required.

Prizes & Rewards:
Successful fellows will receive a monthly fellowship of ₹25,000 along with an annual contingency grant.
